The HI 01 runs true to size on a medium-width foot. Wide feet: go up a half. Measure heel to longest toe, standing, in the evening.

HOW TO MEASURE
- Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, heel touching it.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance in centimetres.
- Do both feet; use the larger one. Add 0.5 cm if you wear thick socks.
- Find the row at or just above your measurement.
