The short version of the agreement between you and BRIKK Footwear.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send the dispatch email. Until then we may cancel it, for example when a size has sold out between your click and ours, and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where applicable. Duties for international orders are prepaid at checkout; nothing is due on delivery.
Drops and raffles
Limited colorways are allocated by raffle. One entry per person; duplicate entries are removed. Winning entries are charged at the published time and cannot be transferred.
Products
The HI 01 is footwear, not safety equipment, and not a toy. Studs are bonded and must not be removed. Spare studs are for repair.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the product. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Intellectual property
The stud geometry, the BRIKK wordmark and all imagery on this site belong to BRIKK Footwear and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
