Thirty days from delivery. Unworn, in the box.
Window
Return any pair within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Pairs must be unworn outdoors and in the original box with the spare stud sheet.
How
Write to studio@brikk.ph with your order number. We send a prepaid label within one working day. Drop the box at any courier point.
Cost
Returns are free within the Philippines, the EU and the United States. Elsewhere we deduct the return label cost, currently $15–$25, from the refund.
Exchanges
Order the replacement size and return the original. We refund the first pair as soon as the courier scans it, so you are never out of pocket for long.
Raffle pairs
Raffle-won limited colorways can be returned under the same terms. They cannot be exchanged for another limited colorway.
Faults
A stud that detaches in normal wear within twelve months is a fault, not wear. Send a photo and we repair or replace the pair free.
